Just like when you are building a house, when it comes to coaching, I believe a solid foundation is essential to success. That’s why I start all my clients off with an initial one-hour foundation session so I can gain a strong sense of who you are, what you’re struggling with and where you want to go. From there, we work collaboratively to build on your strengths and develop a tailored plan that fits for you.

Following our foundation session, we will determine what frequency and duration of follow up sessions will best support you in meeting your goals. This can include 30 or 60 minute follow-up sessions that occur weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Pricing

Foundation Session

$120 for 60-minute initial wellness coaching session.

This session is focused on assessment, in order to develop an understanding of your needs and working towards creating a personalized action plan.

Follow-up Sessions

$110 for 60-minute sessions or $60 for 30-minute sessions.

Session frequency and length are determined collaboratively during our foundation session and can be adjusted as needed throughout out work together.
